House Manager
We are seeking a reliable, recovery-focused, and compassionate Live-In House Manager for a sober living residence in Jacksonville. This peer-monitored role is ideal for someone solid in their own recovery who is passionate about helping others successfully transition to independent living.
The House Manager serves as the primary on-site leader, providing structure, accountability, and a safe, supportive environment that promotes long-term sobriety.
Key Responsibilities:

Consistently enforce house rules, curfews, and recovery expectations
Maintain a respectful, recovery-focused living environment
Safety & Compliance
Conduct scheduled and random drug/alcohol screenings
Ensure residents comply with sober living policies

Facilitate weekly house meetings
Coordinate and oversee weekly chore assignments
Monitor cleanliness and general condition of the home
Procure household supplies/essentials

Assist with new resident intake, orientations, and house walkthroughs
Serve as the main point of contact for residents

Address minor conflicts calmly and fairly
De-escalate issues and maintain a peaceful household

Report maintenance or repair needs promptly to ownership

Required Qualifications:
Sobriety: Minimum 12 months of continuous, verifiable sobriety
Recovery Involvement: Active participation in a 12-step program or equivalent recovery pathway (Sponsor or mentor required)
